Settled, but unsettled

Well, I'm in Texas. Got the job, and after a whirlwind of insanity (fits the theme anyway) here I am. Good raise, more responsibility and a company that I think will value and reward me more than the old one.

In the writing department, I expereinced a strange phenomenon. After I got the job my creativity just dried up. I got here and found out it was going to be morethan a week before I started the new job. Plenty of time to write? Nope, still no creativity. Just sat, read a few books and waited. I was a little worried especially since I was almost finished with Aria. But I started the new job on Monday and the wierdest thing happened. That very day at lunch I was back to writing. Wierd, or what? Kinda puts a crimp in my "win the lottery and quit to write full time" fantasy.

Well, at least I'm working again (and writing). Aria is behind schedule, but at least there is progress. More to follow.
